Reef Island is being developed by the Lulu Tourism Company, which was established as a result of a joint venture between the Government of Bahrain and the Robert Mouawad Group Inc. as partners. The partnership was built on the Mouawad Group's extensive experience from similarly related projects and world-renowned achievements that have contributed to the success of the Reef Island development.
